The sweet aroma of glazed donuts and freshly brewed coffee is set to welcome the residents of Brookshire as Shipley Do-Nuts announces the opening of its latest franchise store at 5430 FM359 #900. Spearheaded by Franchisee Frank Michel, the new location is a testament to the brand’s resilience and innovative approach in the fast-paced food industry.

Michel already operates a successful Shipley Do-Nuts shop in Fulshear, which opened its doors in February 2020, right before the onset of the global pandemic. Despite the timing, Michel’s Fulshear location has thrived, reflecting the community’s love for the brand and Michel’s dedication to his work. Transitioning from a decade-long career in technology to the world of donuts, Michel has found his calling in the food sector as his sole profession.

His expertise in technology will play a significant role in shaping the vision for the new store. This new location will incorporate a state-of-the-art Botrista machine into its operation. This cutting-edge technology will enable the Brookshire location to serve up an array of beverages, from smoothies to lattes, all crafted with precision and speed.

The adoption of the Botrista machine is a strategic move to enhance the customer experience. The technology promises consistency in flavor and quality, allowing Michel to leverage his tech background into providing a unique value proposition to his clientele.

Michel told What Now Houston that the “hope” is to open his newest location in Brookshire come early 2024.
