Original ChopShop, known for its feel good bowls, salads, sandwiches and more, officially opened its newest Shop at 10100 Katy Freeway, Suite 180 on July 15 in Houston’s Memorial City District.
Located at the intersection of Gessner Road and Old Katy Road, the new Shop sits at the base of MetroNational’s 6-story office tower near Kirby Ice House, bringing convenient, fast and affordable feel good meals for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner to one of Houston’s busiest areas. Guests can customize meals that fit their preferences and choose from a diverse menu featuring protein bowls, salads, sandwiches, juices, protein shakes, superfruit bowls and all-day breakfast. The offerings are designed to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan and protein-focused lifestyles.
The brand remains committed to “Fueling The Well-Being” of the communities it serves. To support that mission, the brand will donate 10% of opening-day proceeds to Mental Health America of Greater Houston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental wellness, education and advocacy throughout the Greater Houston area.

This opening marks Original ChopShop’s fourth Houston Shop, 15th location in Texas and 29th location systemwide.
Following opening day, Original ChopShop Memorial City will be open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
