Paris Baguette, the renowned bakery café chain known for its freshly baked pastries, cakes, and sandwiches, is gearing up for its next Houston-area location. The upcoming store, set for 18203 Egret Bay Blvd, is spearheaded by Franchisee Jim Wang and will bring the brand’s signature French-inspired offerings to the area.
According to a permit on file, the project involves a remodel of an existing vacant lease space to create the new restaurant. The estimated cost of the buildout is $800,000, covering the transformation of 4,480 square feet into a modern, inviting café space.
Paris Baguette has been rapidly expanding across the U.S., drawing customers with its wide array of handcrafted baked goods and commitment to high-quality ingredients. The Egret Bay location will continue this tradition, offering freshly made croissants, baguettes, cakes, and coffee selections in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
With its prime location and growing demand for high-quality baked goods, this expansion marks another milestone for Paris Baguette’s presence in Houston. As construction progresses, more details on the official opening date and menu offerings will likely be revealed.
Construction is slated to begin in April 2025, with an expected completion date in October 2025.
