Pepperoni’s Pizza is gearing up to open a new location at 11123 W Airport Blvd #500, Stafford, TX 77477, led by Franchisee Tina Waddy.
According to a permit filed with the state, the project is estimated to cost $150,000 and involves the renovation and alteration of a 1,080-square-foot shell retail space. The scope of work focuses on transforming the unit into a take-out pizza restaurant, continuing Pepperoni’s tradition of serving up their convenient, high-quality menu offerings.
This location will add to the growing footprint of Pepperoni’s in the Houston Metro, catering to the pizza lovers of the area and their love for freshly made pizza. With its reputation for consistently delivering quality pizza and a commitment to community involvement, Pepperoni’s Pizza is sure to make its mark in Stafford.
Renovation efforts are set to begin in February 2025, with an anticipated project completion in May 2025.
