The project is listed on recent permitting records as a $350,000 renovation, signaling another step forward in the brand’s steady Texas expansion. Also according to the permit, the project will involve a full tenant finish-out of a 3,150-square-foot space.
Founded in Columbus, Ohio, Piada Italian Street Food has steadily expanded its footprint across the country by offering a modern take on classic Italian cuisine. The concept centers around fresh, made-to-order dishes inspired by the street food found in Italy, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and a customizable menu. Guests can choose from hand-rolled piadas—an Italian-style flatbread wrap—along with seasonal pasta bowls, chopped salads, and a variety of protein and veggie options.
