Beans & Brews, a beloved coffee brand, has earned a reputation for its high-quality brews and inviting atmosphere. The café offers a diverse menu featuring a variety of coffees, teas, and delicious pastries. Founded in Salt Lake City, Beans & Brews has grown into a favorite gathering place for communities, providing a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.

The new Richmond location will feature a 1,500 square foot interior, designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment for patrons. The scope of work includes a complete interior upfit, transforming the space into a signature Beans & Brews coffee shop.

The new café promises to be a delightful addition to Richmond, providing a cozy and inviting spot for coffee enthusiasts to enjoy their favorite brews. The café’s construction is set to begin in June 2024, with an estimated cost of $300,000, and is expected to be completed by December 2024.
