A new kind of wellness experience is on its way, where stretching meets sipping under one thoughtfully designed roof. Sky Yoga & Coffee is preparing to open at 18806 W Airport Blvd #100, bringing together the serenity of yoga and the comfort of a neighborhood coffee shop for Richmond and surrounding area residents.
According to a permit on file, the project will be a first-time tenant buildout of a 4,200-square-foot shell, with a total estimated cost of $400,000. It will feature a full yoga studio integrated with an on-site café, offering locals a place to unwind, recharge, and connect. The privately funded venture is located on private land and designed entirely for private use, signaling a highly curated approach to both ambiance and service.
Owner Arshi R Khan is the visionary behind the project. No further information has been released at the time of this publishing, but according to the brand’s website, Sky aims to create a welcoming space where individuals can pause, reconnect, and find balance regardless of where they are on their journey. Whether stepping onto the mat, connecting with community, or embracing a mindful coffee ritual, Sky supports renewal and self-discovery. The brand is rooted in core values of authenticity, empathy, balance, empowerment, and nurturement.
Construction is set to begin in June 2025, with a project completion by September 2025.
