Coco Crepes, known for its delicious crêpes, artisan coffee, and Mediterranean-inspired menu, is making its way to Katy with a new location at 24818 Morton Ranch Rd #800. Co-Franchisees Trinath Polisetty and Samit Darne are spearheading this venture.
The renovations and alterations will are estimated for the project at $300,000 for the 2,259-square-foot shell lease space, according to the building permit filed. The scope of work includes a complete tenant fit-out to transform the space into a fast-casual dining spot.
Polisetty confirmed this venture, but was unavailable for further comment at this time.
Coco Crepes has long been celebrated for its unique mix of sweet and savory crêpes, waffles, paninis, and gelato, offering a taste of Europe with a modern twist. The Katy location will continue the brand’s tradition of offering a cozy yet stylish atmosphere, perfect for brunch outings, coffee breaks, or casual dinners.
Residents can look forward to indulging in Coco Crepes’ signature dishes and enjoying their artisanal coffee offerings once the restaurant opens in the coming months. The project is permitted to begin in February 2025 following a May 2025 completion.
