Shipley Do-Nuts, a beloved staple for donut lovers across Texas, is spreading its reach with two new locations under the helm of Franchisee Tharith Konh. Permits have been filed for upcoming shops in Rosharon’s Meridiana Parkway and Conroe’s South Loop, signaling a robust start to the new year for the growing franchise.
The Rosharon location, situated at 2002 Meridiana Pkwy, will undergo a significant interior tenant build-out. According to the permit, the project comes with an estimated cost of $250,000 and covers 1,828 square feet. Renovations will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work. This shop will bring fresh donuts and community gathering space to the fast-growing Meridiana area.
Meanwhile, the Conroe location at 850 S Loop 336 W #100 will see an extensive interior remodel at an estimated cost of $375,000. Covering 1,800 square feet and known for its family-friendly atmosphere, Conroe residents can look forward to a refreshed and modernized space to enjoy Shipley’s iconic offerings.
Konh’s commitment to the expansion and enhancement of the Shipley Do-Nuts experience is evident with the opening of not one, but the two new outposts. As the construction timeline approaches, donut enthusiasts in Rosharon and Conroe can eagerly await the arrival of these sweet additions to their neighborhoods.
S Loop 336 W’s project is set to be completed by May 2025 with Rosharon a month later in June 2025. Both have start dates sometime in January 2025.
