Taco Bell’s Pasadena location at 4000 Pansy St is set to receive a facelift, per a permit on file with the state. MAS Restaurant Group, which operates numerous Taco Bell locations, has plans for a minor interior renovation that will enhance the dining space for customers.
The renovation, estimated at $225,000, will focus on updating the front-of-house area and restrooms. According to the permit, the project includes replacing furniture and lighting fixtures while updating the restroom finishes to improve the overall aesthetic. With a square footage of 1,193, the changes will maintain the existing layout but provide a modernized look and feel for guests.
While these updates may be subtle, they align with Taco Bell’s broader efforts to keep its restaurants fresh and inviting for customers.
This renovation is part of a growing trend in the fast-food industry, where brands are investing in updated interiors to enhance the dining experience. Pasadena locals can look forward to a refreshed Taco Bell space that maintains the brand’s signature flair while offering a more comfortable and contemporary atmosphere.
Work is set to begin in March 2025 and is expected to be completed within the same month.
