The popular American steakhouse chain, Texas Roadhouse, is gearing up to expand its footprint in Texas with a new location at NWQ Outlets Blvd. & Gulf FWY, Texas City, TX 77591. This development was confirmed by Greg Michalski, Senior Manager of Design at Texas Roadhouse.
Texas Roadhouse is renowned for its lively atmosphere, hand-cut steaks, and fall-off-the-bone ribs, along with a menu that caters to a wide range of tastes. The new location is expected to create a buzz in Texas City, attracting both locals and visitors with its reputation for quality food and exceptional service.
The scope of the work from the permit pulled by What Now Houston involves building a new sit-down restaurant and bar, covering an area of 7,926 square feet. This new establishment will expected to embody the Texas Roadhouse spirit, offering a cozy and vibrant dining experience. The project, representing new construction, carries an estimated cost of $2,000,000. This investment reflects Texas Roadhouse’s commitment to growth and its confidence in the Texas City area as a key location for its business expansion.
This development is not just a win for Texas Roadhouse but also for Texas City, as it brings new employment opportunities and becomes a potential hub for community gatherings and dining experiences.
The construction is scheduled to commence on April 29, 2024, with a targeted completion date of November 4, 2024. So the area’s steak lovers have something to look forward at the close of next year.
