HAZA Foods, a prominent Wendy’s franchisee, is bringing a fresh look to two of its Houston-area locations, with renovations planned for 7444 Spencer Highway in Pasadena and 307 S. Fry Road in Katy. The updates, detailed in permits filed with local authorities, are set to elevate the dining experience with contemporary interiors and improved amenities.
The Pasadena location at 7444 Spencer Highway will undergo a $300,000 renovation encompassing 1,852 square feet of the building’s total 2,753 square feet. According to the permit, the work will include new flooring, updated wall finishes, revamped restrooms, and modern furniture.
Similarly, the Katy location at 307 S. Fry Road will see a $300,000 refresh covering 2,218 square feet of its 3,436-square-foot building. The scope mirrors the updates in Pasadena, promising new flooring, updated walls, renovated restrooms, and upgraded furniture.
The simultaneous remodels signal HAZA Foods’ commitment to keeping its Wendy’s locations competitive and customer-focused in an ever-evolving market. These updates are part of a broader trend in the fast-food industry to enhance in-store dining options and improve customer comfort. For fans of Wendy’s in Pasadena and Katy, these renovations promise a fresh start to the new year.
Construction is scheduled to begin for both in December 2024 and wrap up in January 2025.
