Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. has officially opened its newest location in Jacksonville Beach, bringing its signature blend of Southern hospitality, seafood favorites, and Forrest Gump-inspired charm to Florida’s coastline. Located at 6 Beach Blvd, the new location is just steps from the ocean.
The new location marks Bubba Gump’s sixth restaurant in Florida. Inspired by the 1994 film Forrest Gump, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. remains the first and only themed restaurant concept based on a motion picture, offering guests an immersive dining experience complete with movie memorabilia, interactive trivia, and a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.
Guests can dine indoors surrounded by nostalgic film moments or enjoy the restaurant’s outdoor patio and deck overlooking the beach, creating an ideal setting for both locals and visitors. A private dining space is also available for group events and celebrations.
Bubba Gump offers 19 different preparations of shrimp, as well as an exciting variety of fish, steak and chicken dishes, crisp salads, fun kids’ meals, creative desserts and award-winning ribs. The menu also offers signature items that include Coconut Shrimp, Grilled Seafood Trio, Jenny’s Catch with Lobster Butter Sauce, as well as appetizer favorites like Bubba’s Far Out Dip, Shrimper’s Net Catch and Run Across America Sampler. Guests can also enjoy new menu items like the BBQ Brisket Burger or the Backyard BBQ Combo with Tender Brisket, Barbecue Ribs, Grilled Chicken and Corn on the Cob.

Specialty cocktails such as the Tennessee Tea and Starboard Sunrise are also available, many served in collectible souvenir glasses.
