Lucky Goat Coffee Co., the growing cafe franchise with outposts in Florida, Georgia, and Texas, appears to be expanding its footprint in the Sunshine State. This week, What Now came across plan review documents that show a new Lucky Goat opening in Jacksonville, at 12553 Bartram Park Blvd, Unit 103.

Lucky Goat is known for making coffee “An Approachable Experience.”

“Cappuccino or drip of the day? Single-origin or cold brew? Whether you’re a seasoned coffee lover or just getting started, Lucky Goat is built around one goal: Make Great Coffee for everyone. Expertly crafted coffee doesn’t have to feel exclusive,” says the Lucky Goat website’s Our Story page.

Accordingly, the menu is straightforward and approachable. There are classic espresso drinks like the Macchiato, the Cortado, and the Cappuccino; then there are Cold Brew choices like the Luckyccino (with vanilla and cream) and the Goat Bomb, which combines cold brew with espresso. There’s also brewed single-origin coffee.

“Our knowledgeable baristas are always happy to offer recommendations, explain brewing methods, and share what makes each cup great,” the site says. “Through roastery tours and classes, Lucky Goat helps customers brew great coffee at home with confidence. Stop in to sample our drip of the day or our featured flavor.”
