A commercial printing company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, has filed for bankruptcy protection. Las Vegas Color Graphics, Inc. made the filing on November 5 in the District of Nevada. The filing follows mounting debt reported in the company’s bankruptcy petition.

According to Pacer, the full-service printing company filed its petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada. The Chapter 11 filing allows the company to restructure its debt and continue operations while it develops a reorganization plan.
Eran Salu, the company’s sole director, authorized the Chapter 11 filing on November 5. Teresa Pilatowicz from Garman Turner Gordon LLP is the printing company’s attorney for the bankruptcy proceedings.
The Nevada-based company, which is classified as a privately owned printing service, has stated that its assets are in the range of $1 million to $10 million. Las Vegas Color Graphics, Inc.’s liabilities are between $10 million and $50 million, the filing shows.
Court records show the company lists between 100 and 199 creditors. Employer Solutions Services, Inc., Hewlett-Packard Financial Services, and the Nevada Department of Taxation, Indigo America (printing equipment), and UCP Staffing are among Las Vegas Color Graphics, Inc.’s 20 biggest lenders.
