Nigro Construction is set to break ground on the Fairfield at Nexus, a new four-story hotel in North Las Vegas that will further elevate the region’s rapidly expanding hospitality sector. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on June 4, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. The 60,973-square-foot hotel is scheduled for completion in September 2026.

Led by a team of women project managers, the Fairfield at Nexus will feature 117 modern guest rooms, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and cutting-edge energy-efficient systems designed to reduce the hotel’s environmental impact. With a focus on sustainability, the hotel will offer a comfortable and eco-friendly destination for both business and leisure travelers.

Located across from TownePlace Suites by Marriott, another Nigro Construction project, the Fairfield at Nexus underscores the company’s continued commitment to North Las Vegas’ growth. The project is also an opportunity for Nigro to strengthen its relationships with local subcontractors—many of whom played a key role in the TownePlace Suites development—fostering collaboration and ensuring continued success across projects.

“The Fairfield at Nexus is a testament to the thriving growth of North Las Vegas,” said Cory Frank, Vice President of Business Development and Project Management at Nigro Construction in a statement. “We are proud to contribute to the community’s development while empowering women to lead the way in shaping the future of the construction industry. It’s a true collaboration between local partners and a shining example of how innovation and diversity drive success.”

The media is invited to attend the groundbreaking event to celebrate the hotel’s impact on North Las Vegas’ growing hospitality landscape.
