After beginning construction earlier this year, UnCommons, a highly anticipated $400 million mixed-use development, putting it the tilt walls for its office buildings.

Uncommons, a project from Matter Real Estate Group, will be residential units, office space, food and beverage options, fitness spaces, and more. Going in on the corner of Durango Drive and the 215 Beltway, it is projected to be open in early 2022.

“This milestone marks the latest exciting phase of the construction process for the project, which broke ground last August and began vertical construction in January,” a press release from the Matter Real Estate Group said. “Nearby residents will begin seeing additional buildings rise above the ground.”

UnCommons is said to reimagine the workplace experience with floor-to-ceiling windows, breakout spaces for individual work and group collaboration, a conference center, and more.

“The campus will set the foundation for a thriving and inspiring workplace and is set to become an endearing part of the Las Vegas community,” the press release said.

Future phases will bring UnCommons to more than 500,000 square feet of modern office space, built with distinctive architectural features and the latest in safety innovations.

UnCommons is reportedly the first project being built in Nevada to WELL certification standards, a new set of safety standards that ensure new projects are built to the highest of health protocols in a post-COVID-19 world.
