The intersection of South Rainbow Boulevard and West Oquendo Road will soon be home to a new Charleys Cheesesteaks. The brand, which has more than 700 locations in 17 countries, is continuing to build out its footprint in the Las Vegas valley. A new Charleys will open at 5870 S Rainbow Blvd, near the intersection with W Oquendo Road.
That means more of Charleys classics—like its cheesesteaks (which are not limited only to steak), wings, fries, and more—plus new items popping up all the time. Current limited-time offerings include Spicy Lemon Pepper Wings and Fries and several varieties of the Hot Box.
What’s a Hot Box? Well, the OG Hot Box combines Charleys famous fries with cheese sauce, USDA choice steak, sauteed onions and Cheez Whiz sauce. Other versions include the Fried Chicken Hot Box (Charleys famous fries topped with cheese sauce, boneless wings [tossed in choice of flavor] and finished with a ranch drizzle) and the Philly Haze Hot Box (Charleys famous fries topped with cheese sauce, USDA choice steak, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, and melted provolone).
“We source premium ingredients, like 100% USDA choice steak, 100% all-white meat chicken, all-natural cheeses, and hand-cut vegetables—always grilled-fresh-to-order,” says the Charleys website. “Our goal is to serve cheesesteaks, snacks, and beverages that you’ll be craving long after dinner is over.”
The force behind the rapid expansion happening in the Vegas province of Charleys’ global cheesesteak empire is LV Foodservice Concepts, the food and drink arm of LV Petroleum.
What now reached out on Wednesday to LV Foodservice Concepts Executive Vice President Jeanette Davis to inquire about plans for the opening. Davis was not immediately available for comment.
