pastaRAMEN, the innovative Wafu-Italian dining concept from James Beard-nominated Executive Chef Robbie Felice and Montclair Hospitality Group, is making its way to Resorts World Las Vegas for a one-month pop-up, powered by HexCladpastaRAMEN launched on Thursday May 15.  The exclusive experience will be hosted at Bar Zazu. An all-new menu will be offered with exclusive sake offerings from HEAVENSAKE, the groundbreaking Franco-Japanese sake brand crafted in collaboration with Chef de Cave Regis Camus and some of Japan’s most revered breweries.

The pop-up featuring Chef Robbie Felice’s signature Japanese-Italian cuisine will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm. Reservations are available exclusively through Resy.

The journey to Las Vegas is a homecoming for Chef Robbie Felice, who spent his formative years there honing his craft with Bar Zazu’s Chef Nicole Brisson playing a role as his mentor. Following his time at the legendary Babbo in New York City, Felice worked for four and a half years at B&B Ristorante in Las Vegas, eventually rising to the role of Sous Chef and overseeing the Salumi Program for multiple Las Vegas locations. Now, in a full-circle moment, Felice is returning to Las Vegas with pastaRAMEN, bringing his acclaimed Wafu-Italian cuisine back to a city that shaped his career.

“Las Vegas was a pivotal part of my culinary journey and I couldn’t be more excited to return with something as special as this pastaRAMEN pop-up,” said Chef Robbie Felice in a statement. “We’re crafting a completely new experience, one that will introduce guests to a fresh take on Wafu-Italian cuisine.”

pastaRAMEN got its start as a pop-up omakase experience during the pandemic that made waves and captivated diners in New York City, Miami, Seattle and Los Angeles. Now, for the first time, Las Vegas diners will have the opportunity to experience Chef Robbie Felice’s boundary-pushing approach to Japanese Italian cuisine in an intimate, immersive setting.
