Four-story shopping mall 63 Las Vegas is expected to open this year. Developed by Brett Torino and Flag Luxury Group, 63 will be part of MGM Resorts International’s CityCenter complex. 63 Las Vegas’s food lineup is already known to include Ocean Prime, the modern American restaurant and lounge from award-winning hospitality company Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, on the top floor.
To that, it appears, can be added another food and drink concept, one that is already familiar on the Las Vegas Strip. A permit was issued by Clark County for construction on a Fat Tuesday location at the upcoming shopping center, with a contract valuation listed at $350,000.
Fat Tuesday offers frozen drinks like the Piña Colada, Electric Lemonade (Blue raspberry, lemonade, and rum), and a Peach Bellini. The brand’s menus have also featured pizzas.
Behind the shopping mall are local developer and philanthropist Brett Torino and Flag Luxury Group. Flag is a development company formed by COO Dayssi Kanavos and CEO Paul Kanavos. What Now reached out to several representatives of Flag Luxury Group for comment. The representatives either were not immediately available or declined to speak on the project.
