Asian fusion restaurant 8 Kitchen called for applications for a line cook position in an ad posted on August 6, in which it announced that it was planning to open new locations soon.
What Now Las Vegas reached out to co-owner John Rhee in a Tuesday afternoon phone call. He declined to comment on the restaurant’s plans.
With two locations in Henderson, the restaurant serves up an eclectic cuisine-melding menu running from its Western Burger, to its Furikake Shrimp Po’ Boy, to its Spicy Korean Pork Tacos.
According to 8 Kitchen’s website, upcoming locations will open up under the umbrella of 8 Life Style Group. As in the case of 8 Kitchen’s sister restaurant Bone and Belly Ramen, also located in Henderson, further differentiations in branding and menu options are to be expected.
8 Kitchen is located at 2560 St Rose Pkwy, Henderson; and Bone and Belly Ramen can be visited at 2235 Village Walk Dr., Suite 151, also in Henderson.
