Superfrico, a new restaurant from Ross Mollison, “Impresario Extraordinaire” at production company Spiegelworld, will be opening at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, in the space formerly occupied by Rose. Rabbit. Lie., according to an article published today by Eater Las Vegas.

The restaurant will open adjacent to the Opium Theater, another Spiegelworld production scheduled to reopen on September 24.

Spiegelworld brings bonafide original artists to its stages, bringing in world-renowned culinary and cocktail talents for Superfrico, including “Chef & International Pizza Czar” Chef Anthony Falco, Executive Chef Mitch Emge of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and Leo Robitschek of Eleven Madison Park. The result is described as Italian American Psychedelic.

Superfrico will offer all-night dining in themed lounges and dining rooms with performers coming in from the Opium Theater. Curated by Heather Harmon, the space will feature more than twenty original pieces of art commissioned for the restaurant.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to Spiegelworld’s Vegas president Scott Armstrong on the phone on Thursday afternoon. Armstrong was not available for comment.
