The community of dining and retail shops on Maryland Pkwy near Flamingo Road will soon welcome a new Korean restaurant, All You Korean BBQ.
Co-owner Obong Kwon confirmed the news in a phone call with What Now Las Vegas late Monday morning.
The restaurant space at 4023 S Maryland Pkwy was previously occupied by Italian restaurant Cafe Cryptoria, a project Kwon said never quite found its way. The new restaurant is still under construction, Kwon told What Now Las Vegas, but once open it will serve familiar Korean BBQ favorites like bulgogi and samgyeopsal, among others.
Kwon declined to comment further on the restaurant’s branding, menu, and opening date.
Located near the intersection with Flamingo Road East, the restaurant will be part of a cluster of retail and dining spots between Maryland Pkwy and Cambridge St, near Flamingo Grand Plaza and Target. Nearby eateries include Five Guys, Sakana Sushi, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, and Indian Oven Masala Bar & Grill.
