Dragon Tiger Noodle Company, the restaurant concept from Food Network star Chef Jet Tila, currently has four locations operating here in Las Vegas, and recently submitted documents indicate a fifth may be on the way. Licensing paperwork submitted recently by VERITASFAYTHEFIVE LLC shows a Dragon Tiger Noodle Co. opening in Suite 2 at 4205 S Grand Canyon Dr.
The location in question is part of Grand Canyon Parkway, a shopping center on the southwest corner of the intersection between West Flamingo Road and South Grand Canyon Drive. It is home to big box stores like Target and Kohl’s, along with a variety of restaurants, including Frank & Fina’s Cocina, Pho4Real, and Rollin Smoke Barbeque.
The Dragon Tiger Noodle Company menu takes a build-your-own approach, allowing guests to assemble their own noodle concoctions. There are also pre-imagined options. Chef Jet’s Dragon Noodle Bowls come in varieties like Tonkotsu Ramen, Hokkaido Beef, and Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup. Tiger Rice Bowls include Beef Pho Infused Rice and Thai Yum Infused Rice. Chef Jet’s Dragon Wings are another popular choice.
What Now reached out to Chef Jet Tila on Monday. The celebrity chef was not immediately available for comment.
