Fin & Feathers, a “foodie’s delight and a socialite’s playground” founded in Atlanta, is planning its first Las Vegas location. It appears to be headed to 1229 S Casino Center Blvd, on the northeast corner of the intersection with East Colorado Avenue.

The location is the site of a previously-planned outpost of Las Vegas brand Fry Dayz Fish and Wings.

“The new restaurant will be @finandfeathers,” Doe Henderson, the local restaurateur behind both Fry Dayz and Fin & Feathers Las Vegas, told What Now in an email conversation on Thursday.

Fans of Fry Dayz need have no fear: that concept isn’t going away. It will reopen in January, operating out of a cloud kitchen in the Summerlin area.

The Fin & Feathers menu opens with starters like F&F Signature Wings, Catfish Nuggets, Dynamite Pepper Shrimp, and Jerk Chicken Egg Rolls. A selection of sandwiches includes the F&F Jerk Turkey Burger, the Salmon Burger, and the Fire Chicken Sandwich. The come tempting entrees like New Zealand Lamb Chops; Gilled Blackened Catfish with choice homemade remoulade sauce, tartar sauce, or hot sauce; and Chicken & Waffles.

And this only scratches the surface: Fin & Feathers also offers Signature Cocktails and Brunch and Hibachi menus. No opening date has been announced yet for the Las Vegas location, so keep an eye for updates as more details emerge.
