The 4D Commissary at 2987 N Las Vegas Blvd will soon welcome the Back Porch Rib Shack brand into its cloud kitchen food delivery hub.
The restaurant offers a selection of barbecue offerings like pulled pork, ribs, rib tips, and sausages in the form of sandwiches and combo plates (served with a dinner roll and a soft drink), along with fried items like Pulled Pork Fries and Loaded Steak fries. A kids menu features options like cheeseburgers and all-beef hot dogs.
The menu also provides a selection of classic barbecue sides like mac-n-cheese and cole slaw, along with new takes like Creole Corn, Creole Fries, and Pepper Jack Mac. Also available are whopping party combinations deals like the “Rib Attack”: 90 spare ribs, two sides served in 30 eight-ounce cups apiece, 30 dinner rolls, and 30 cans of soda.
In addition to pickup and delivery orders that will be serviced from the cloud kitchen location, the brand also operates a trailer that offers catering for events with more than 30 guests.
What Now Las Vegas reached out by phone to Chef Gregory Turner on Friday morning. Chef Turner was not available for comment.
