Baguette Café, known for its elevated casual dining and warm hospitality, opened its third location on Thursday, May 22, at 211 S. Las Vegas Blvd. (at Carson Ave), just a block from Fremont Street. Known for combining soulful food with thoughtful sourcing, the café brings a fresh, French-inspired take on breakfast, brunch and lunch to the heart of Downtown.
“Downtown Las Vegas has such a vibrant, unique energy,” said founder Olivier Brouillet in a statement. “We’re excited to finally become part of that fabric, serving the people who live and work here, and anyone looking for food that is both delicious and intentional.”
Baguette Café’s menu features a wide range of offerings, including breakfast sandwiches, omelets, toasts, smoothies, and its famous quiches and pastries in the morning. A curated lunch menu of bowls, soups, seasonal salads, sandwiches and round out the menu. Vegan-friendly options are always available.
What sets the café apart is its deep commitment to sourcing and quality. Ingredients are carefully chosen from ethical, mostly non-GMO producers, with a strong focus on freshness and balance. Many doughs and pastries are made in-house.
Founded in 2009 by Brouillet and his parents, Claudie and Lucien, Baguette Café first opened in the Durango/215 neighborhood, with a mission to create a space that felt personal, honest and welcoming. A fourth-generation restaurateur raised in the South of France, Brouillet transitioned from managing world-renowned fine dining restaurants to building something grounded in community and simplicity.
“We believe great food doesn’t need to shout—it just needs to be real. Our goal is to keep hospitality at the center of everything we do,” Brouillet said.
The Downtown location includes indoor seating for 24 and a bright patio with space for 24 guests. Orders can also be placed online for takeout, offering a convenient option for those on the go.
Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM daily.
