Located at 1980 Festival Plaza Drive, Suite 160, Benyeh has built a following with indulgent beignets and other pastries. Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic’s difficult onset, the brand persisted in Downtown Summerlin and is now preparing to come into its own.

“We’re very much looking to activate our space in Downtown Summerlin coming out of the COVID hangover,” co-owner Siamak Shafa told What Now on Friday.

“At first we couldn’t even have seating,” said Brett Blanton, another co-owner. “So now we’re bringing tables and a bar countertop. It’s going to be more of a place where you can relax a bit more, a little less ‘quick-service.’”

A new mural has also been completed in the Downtown Summerlin space, marking the transformation. That transformation will be felt in the menu too, which is about to add a variety of breakfast, lunch, and brunch offerings.

And that’s not all Benyeh as in store for Las Vegas. It’s also at work on a brand-new location at Fashion Show Las Vegas. Details are still largely under wraps about that location, but Shafa did hint at “some fun new items that will be exclusive to Fashion Show”—a location that he says “is going to be a bit more Vegas-esque.”

Big upgrades are coming soon to Benyeh, so be sure to follow @benyehlv on Instagram to stay up-to-date.
