A new birrieria looks to be opening on South Decatur Boulevard, near the intersection with West Sunset Road. Licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Birria Bite LLC shows Birria Bite Mexican Restaurant opening at 6430 S Decatur Blvd.
Behind Birria Bite LLC is managing member Oscar Chavira, a local entrepreneur who also heads up Luxury Event Center, an event planner and venue located at 5001 E Bonanza Road, Ste. 138.
Luxury Event Center’s website describes the business as “experts planning, creating and coordinating any type of event, weddings, birthdays, quinceanera, corporate meetings and more. We take care of every detail so that everything becomes a unique moment.”
What Now reached out to Chavira on Wednesday to inquire about plans for Birria Bite Mexican Restaurant. Chavira was not immediately available for comment.
Opening in the Decatur Boulevard location, Birria Bite would join Pikey Coffee, along with Il Toro E La Capra and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
