The retail center on the northwest corner of South Rainbow Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue will soon be home to a new Asian restaurant. Blue & White Fried Rice and Noodles will open at 4825 S Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 204-205, according to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Blue & White LLC.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with a representative of the restaurant on Thursday. The representative said an opening is expected soon but that no official launch date has been set yet.
The restaurant’s name is still all we have to go on regarding the restaurant’s food offerings, as the Blue and White Fried Rice and Noodles menu is still under development. Fried rice and noodles are never a bad place to start, though.
Opening in the retail center at Tropicana and Rainbow, Blue & White will join food and drink community that includes Carl’s Jr., Subway, Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos, and Cariba Charlie’s Bar.
