Created through the lens of the customer,” Born and Raised Tavern opened its third location last year, on Craig Road in North Las Vegas.

The brand has found success with its home-away-from-home approach to hospitality, and it appears to be about to expand to a fourth location. Liquor license paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County for “Born and Raised-Centennial” at 6470 Kevin Way in Centennial Hills.

The Born and Raised menu opens with fun Bar Bites like Chicken Taquitos, Shredded Steak Poutine, and Bulgogi Steak Tacos. Open 24/7, Born and Raised serves breakfast, too, offering the decadent Fried Chicken & Donut Sandwich, with Pepper-jack cheese, bacon, whiskey syrup, and a side of smashed red potatoes; the Breakfast Burrito; and Aloha Breakfast Sliders, with Spam, egg, American cheese, sriracha aioli, and a side of Hawaiian macaroni salad.

What Now reached out to owner Scottie Godino Jr. on Tuesday. Godino was not immediately available to comment on news of a Centennial Hills Born and Raised location.
