It was only last April that What Now reported the news that Steve Shearer and the team behind 313 BBQ and Wings was planning to open a new barbecue concept, Blvd Bar BQ & Wings, at Fashion Show Las Vegas. 313 has since closed, but even more of Shearer’s barbecue is still on the way.
Licensing paperwork submitted by Shearer Restaurant Group Inc. shows a Blvd Bar BQ & Wings opening at 2895 N Green Valley Parkway, Suite F in Henderson, part of Sunset Ridge Plaza, which also house the Codfather.
What Now reached out to Steve Shearer, the culinary force behind 313 and Blvd, to ask about plans for the new barbecue and wings shop. Shearer confirmed news of an opening but said it was too soon to share details. What Now is awaiting more information.
“Welcome to Blvd Bar BQ & Wings, where passion for flavor meets the art of barbecue mastery,” says the restaurant’s website. “Blvd Bar BQ & Wings is a haven for barbecue enthusiasts and food lovers alike.”
The menu boasts a wide range of proteins, with plates featuring Brisket, Ribs, Brisket Burnt Ends, Chicken Breast, Kielbasa, and more. And that’s only the beginning: there’s also wings, a fried chicken sandwich, mac and cheese topped off with proteins like pulled pork and Buffalo Chicken, Loaded Potato Bowls, and the list goes on.
