With three locations in Indiana, Utah-born Bowlify Superfoods is an acai-bowl brand “where passion meets health and wellness!

“It all began in 2021, when we opened our first location in the beautiful state of Utah,” says the Bowlify Superfoods website. “With a shared love for the vibrant flavors and incredible health benefits of acai, we dreamed of bringing superfoods to our community. Our goal was simple: to create a welcoming space where people could enjoy delicious, nutritious bowls, smoothies, and other whole foods while embracing a healthy lifestyle.”

Now, the brand is preparing to make its Las Vegas debut.

“Hey, Vegas! BOWLIFY is about to take your açaí bowl game to the next level!” says a post published on Instagram. “Get ready to craft your perfect bowl, loaded with all your fave toppings and flavors!”

But where? you might ask. Well, licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas indicates an opening is in the works at 9440 W Sahara Ave., Suite 180. (Google Maps confirms the address.)

What Now reached out to owner Jose Avendano to ask about the new Bowlify Superfoods’s opening timeline. Avendano could not be reached immediately for comment.

The menu features a Create-Your-Own approach to acai bowls, as well as pre-created flavor profiles like the OG’ Crunch (Base: Acai, GF overnight oats; Toppings: Granola, strawberries, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, almond butter, agave) and the Mango Tango (Bases: Mango; Toppings: Granola, banana, pineapple, sliced almonds, almond butter, agave).
