After an untimely closing back in December, local poke brand Bowlz LV spent much of this year working on finding a new location. After springing for one location that fell through, the brand is finally preparing to make its comeback, this time at 10650 Southern Highlands Parkway, Suite 101. It’s the former of home Dragon Tiger Noodle, at Southern Highlands Marketplace.

As Bowlz LV goes through licensing and inspections, owner Trevis Nishioka tells What Now that an opening is likely 30-45 business days away. Once open, the brand will be working to expand its service.

“We’re hoping to be open later and longer,” Nishioka said. “At first, it will be 8-11 for breakfast, and 11-8 for lunch and dinner. In the future, as we get more developed, I’d like to see a night menu and to stay open late.”

The site is currently under renovation as Bowlz LV sets up the kitchen, replaces flooring, and makes other changes. In its new form, Bowlz will have a full-service dining area.

“It’s going to bring a little more diversity to the area, something that’s not the same Mexican food and spaghetti,” Nishioka said. “It’s something local.”

Keep an eye out for Bowlz LV working to reopen in time for the fall season!
