Braza Steak is closing in on bringing authentic Brazilian cuisine to the Valley. According to a Clark County permit, Braza Steak is set to open at 6580 S Rainbow Blvd, Ste 102. FOOD FROM BR2LV LLC is listed as the owner of the new Valley establishment.
What Now Las Vegas spoke with Food from Br2lv LLC managing member, Felipe Michiute Da Cruz. Da Cruz confirmed the opening and shared that his wife would be running the new restaurant set to come to Vegas this year. But, Da Cruz was unable to share more details by the time of this publication.
“B Stake is a Brazilian craft barbecue restaurant located in Las Vegas, NV, dedicated to delivering an authentic dining experience rooted in traditional Brazilian cuisine,” the brand’s MapQuest page writes.
“Since its inception in 2005, the establishment has focused on serving high-quality barbecue by the pound, ensuring that every guest enjoys the juicy flavors that define their culinary offerings.”
The information was posted on the MapQuest from the brand’s website. After looking for the website again, it appears that the website is now undergoing some changes.
Interested parties can expect a casual experience at the new eatery on Rainbow, with a pay-by-the-pound option for steak and other meats. Braza Steak is also anticipated to serve chicken and salad.
“In addition to the main barbecue selections, B Stake features a vibrant salad bar filled with a variety of fresh greens and vegetables, making it an excellent choice for vegetarians or those seeking a lighter meal,” the description reads.
“This unique combination of hearty barbecue and fresh accompaniments positions B Stake as a standout destination for both locals and visitors alike.”
There’s already a flyer up on the brand’s Instagram page announcing that the opening will be soon. No word just yet on what season or month the new eatery will open.
