Brunello LV, a new Italian and European restaurant, announced it will be opening its doors on Tuesday, October 15, in Sun City Summerlin. Conveniently located in the business center across from the Palm Valley Golf Course, Brunello offers a relaxing yet refined dining experience, inspired by the flavors of Italy’s coastal regions.
Brunello’s menu showcases a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, centered around authentic flavors and premium ingredients. With standout options like handmade pastas and fresh seafood, each dish is perfectly complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine selection.
Guests can dine in the stylish main room, where a striking mural of Sophia Loren adds timeless glamor, and wine bottle lamps on each table offer a nod to the restaurant’s namesake, “Brunello.” For a more immersive experience, the turquoise and gold statement bar provides the perfect view of the open-concept kitchen, where diners can watch the chefs at work. For those seeking a relaxed vibe, the cozy, dog-friendly patio provides an ideal outdoor escape.

Brunello will begin with dinner service from Tuesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., and a daily happy hour from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., with plans to expand the beverage selection and introduce lunch service soon.
Additionally, the restaurant will offer catering for private events, featuring custom-curated menus that bring its signature Italian and European cuisine to any special occasion.
Brunello will officially open for dinner on October 15, 2024.
