After a wait that felt like forever, southern comfort fast food chain Bojangles made its Las Vegas debut this month at 9250 S Rainbow Blvd.
“The opening of our first location in Las Vegas represents an important milestone for Bojangles as we continue to bring our bold, Southern-inspired menu to new audiences,” Jose Armario, Chief Executive Officer of Bojangles, said in a press release. “Entering dynamic and fast-growing markets like Las Vegas and Houston reflects our dedication to sharing our brand’s unique flavors and hospitality with more communities across the country. These openings are just the beginning as we work toward an exciting year ahead of national expansion.”
Just beginning is right. In August 2023, What Now reported on a 20-unit deal signed with Bojangles by LV Petroleum LLC. And since then, the company’s food service arm, LV Foodservice Concepts, has been moving forward at bracing speed. Plans for several other Bojangles have popped up since the announcement as well.
Submitted paperwork has shown locations planned at 4650 S Maryland Pkwy, at Harmon Square, and at 1555 E Flamingo Road. Now, What Now has found building permit paperwork submitted to Clark County showing plans for a Bojangles at 6620 S Decatur Blvd, near Sping Hill Suites by the airport.
All of that is to say, LV Foodservice Concepts is making clear it knows the meaning of Bojangles’ catchphrase, “It’s Bo Time!” For Las Vegas, it sure is!
