Launched as a partnership between Boyzie Milner and Mi Sun Han, Buldogi’s Gourmet Hot Dogs is “where soul meets Seoul.” The brand brings together American comfort foods and Korean street food.
“Born in Las Vegas with a passion for fusion, we set out to create something different: food that’s familiar yet exciting, fresh yet indulgent, and always made with heart,” says the restaurant’s website.
The menu features Gourmet Hot Dogs like the Buldogi (Beef Bulgogi, Asian Slaw, Bulgogi Aioli, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds), the Soul Dog (Roasted Pork Belly, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Peppers, Cheese Sauce, 5-cheese), and the Angry Kimchi Dog (Bacon, Kimchi, Fiery Aioli, Jalapeños). Meanwhile the menu also boasts selections of Bibim Rice Bowls, Fries & Tots, and Fried Chicken.
Now, the restaurant appears to be expanding, as Buldogis has submitted licensing paperwork to Clark County showing “Buldogis Eatery” opening at 8876 S Eastern Ave, Suite 100.
What Now reached out to Mi Sun Han on Tuesday to ask about plans for Buldogis Eatery. Han was not immediately available to talk about the project. For the moment, it’s unknown how the menu at “Buldogi’s Eatery” might differ from the one currently on offer at Buldogi’s Gourmet Hot Dogs, located at 2291 S Fort Apache Road, Suite 102.
