Lynden Square, the retail center located on the southwest corner of South Fort Apache Road and West Patrick Lane, boasts a food and drink roster with several big Las Vegas favorites, including Tacotarian and Jjanga Steak & Sushi. Now, a new mainstay for breakfast and brunch is in the works there: Butterface, opening at 6115 S Fort Apache Rd, Suite 110-112.

“We’ve got pretty much all the breakfast favorites, with an Italian twist,” owner Gia Schultz told What Now on Thursday. There will be classics like steak and eggs and a selection of omelets, along with some elevated favorites. “We’ll have lemon poppy seed pancakes, peach cobbler French toast—plus Italian cheeses and meats, prosciutto, burrata, pizza, and pasta.”

No opening date has been set yet for the opening, but Schultz says Butterface is working for an early-August launch. It’ll open in a space featuring booths with Italian fabrics, marble floor, and stone countertops.

“It’s going to be good food and good vibes,” said Schultz.

The Butterface website is live, and you can find it here. It announces: “The perfect breakfast does exist.”

Stay tuned for possible updates as the Butterface opening approaches!
