With locations already serving Summerlin and Henderson, local café chain Café Lola is a planning a new location on the Las Vegas Strip. Paperwork filed recently with Clark County estimates a construction budget of $650,000 for a café at 3500 S Las Vegas Blvd, the address of the Forum Shops at Caesars.

What Now Las Vegas reached out to owner Alexandra Lourdes on Monday morning. Lourdes declined to comment on the news. Details pertaining to how the new location’s menu, branding, and décor might differ from current Café Lola locations are unavailable.

Café Lola’s current menus have offered a wide variety of coffee drinks, including luxurious Specialty Lattes like the 24K Gold Crème Brûlée Latte (light roast, vanilla, caramel, milk, whipped cream), Superfood Lattes in varieties like Rose Cardamom (beet root, cardamom, rose water, agave oat milk, 24 K gold), and blended drinks like the Donut Frappe. A variety of teas and other drinks are also available, including signature cocktails like Lola’s Housemade Frosé (seasonal Italian ice, champagne pourover) and the Cotton Candy Cocktail (cotton candy, champagne pourover, champagne infused gummy bears).

The breakfast menu has featured Acai bowls, veggie scrambles, and the Strawberry Shortcake Waffle, followed up by Lola’s Lunch Favorites, which include the Spicy Chicken Caesar Sammy, the Turkey & Cheddar Baguette, and the Bistro Burger (angus beef, caramelized onion, cheddar, lettuce, Lola’s secret sauce, truffle chips). For dessert, try the Vegan Donut, the Café Lola Sugar Cookie, or any number of other sweet indulgences.
