A new Café Zupas Las Vegas location is in the permitting process. The “globally-inspired” fast-casual restaurant offers scratch-made soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
The restaurant touts its use of 203 fresh ingredients to create its menu dishes. Some menu items include the Wild Rice and Chicken Soup, the Grilled Pastrami Melt, and Fresh Strawberries and Cream Crème Brulee for dessert.
It appears as though Café Zupas may have originally been planned for a space about one mile down Blue Diamond Rd. Permitting information shows the need for new construction at the new planned location at 4790 Blue Diamond Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89139.
There’s no word, yet, on when construction will be complete or when the new restaurant might open to the public.
Founded in Utah in 2004, Café Zupas now has nearly five dozen locations across eight states including seven across the Las Vegas area.
