A Las Vegas food truck featuring flavors of New Orleans is opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant. Cajun Mouth Louisiana Kitchen will be located close off the strip at 3441 W. Sahara Ave.
Cajun Mouth Food Truck serves authentic Cajun food such as shrimp, fish, and gumbo. Other menu items include hamburgers and crab boil featuring “handpicked, tastefully seasoned, and cooked to perfection” crabs. The new Cajun Mouth restaurant will feature the same tasty menu items and more.
Chef Zaverie Harris has more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry and has partnered with Earnest Tilley to open the brick-and-mortar location.
There is no word on when the new flagship restaurant will officially open to the public, but grand opening details will be coming soon.
