California-Born Vietnamese Cafe Looks to Be Headed to Vegas

Located in Garden Grove, California, Airoma Cafecurates flavorful blends that refine your daily life.” It offers a wide range of coffees and teas, plus add-ons like Crystal Boba, Grass Jelly, and Lychee Jelly.

Now, Airoma Cafe looks to be headed to Vegas. Licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Airoma Cafe LLC shows an opening in the works at 5845 Spring Mountain Road, Unit 8.

Behind Airoma Cafe LLC is Jayden Hoang, owner of the Garden Grove coffee shop. What Now reached out to Hoang on Thursday to ask about plans for a Las Vegas location. Hoang was not immediately available for comment.

“At Airoma Cafe, we want to create an environment that is inviting, comfortable, and suitable for everyone,” says the Airoma Cafe website. “We use our own special blend of various tea leaves sorted from different parts of Asia to bring you the most gratifying taste. We utilize natural ingredients in the puree found in our mixed drinks and produce our own house-made mixtures. Our carefully selected ceremonial matcha is of the highest quality and is produced in the historical hills of Uji, Japan. We manufacture our own unique coffee for the most authentic Vietnamese coffee experience. Every cup that we serve is expected to surpass your expectations and enhance the overall experience.”

The Spring Mountain location is part of Golden Spring Plaza, situated on the southwest corner of the intersection with Duneville Street. Opening there, Airoma Cafe would join a restaurant community that includes Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar, Jong-Ro Kitchen, Saigon Baguette, and Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet.
