Phoenix Plaza is a small retail center located on W Flamingo Rd between El Camino Rd and Torrey Pines Dr. It is home to a number of local businesses, including My Way Barber Shop and Las Vegas Taekwondo Studio.

Eateries in the plaza’s main building include Jo’s Malasadas Café and Bakery, Noosh Bakery, and Pizza Hut. Also to be found there is an outpost of local restaurant chain Archi’s Thai Kitchen, one of four locations serving dishes like Pad Thai and a variety of Thai curries.
