With two locations apiece in Las Vegas and Henderson, Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen has been “Making Great Pizza in Las Vegas since 1976.” And now it’s preparing to increase its footprint by at least two more locations.

This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Anniesboys, LLC for a new Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen, which would open at 5840 S Rainbow Blvd., Suite 130. This is the same location reported on by What Now based on submitted building permit paperwork that then showed the new Carmine’s opening at 6025 S Rainbow Blvd.

What Now reached out to owner Carmine Vento on Wednesday to ask about the location’s opening plans. Vento said it’s expected to launch sometime next year, and added that an additional Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen is also in the works—details cannot be revealed about it just yet, however, as the specific site is still be finalized. We’re hoping to hear more details later this year.

Regardless, this means we will soon see Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen’s footprint in the valley grow by 50%.

“At Carmine’s Pizza Kitchen, don’t miss our must-try dishes!” says the restaurant’s website. “Enjoy our delicious parmesan sprinkled garlic knots, tender meatballs simmered in marinara, and comforting Eggplant Parmigiana with layers of breaded eggplant and melted cheese. And be sure to leave room for dessert and try our Zeppoles, a fried dough delight.”
