Cheba Hut, a “‘Toasted’ sub concept that has been curing munchies since its start in 1998,” will open its fourth sub shop in the Las Vegas before the end of the year. The brand’s first Henderson location is set to open on Stephanie Street this December 12.

The Henderson location will be the largest Cheba Hut in Nevada, a representative of Elevated Inc.—the franchisee of Las Vegas’s Cheba Hut locations—told What Now on Thursday. It will also be the first in Nevada to offer a full bar.

But there may be even more Cheba Hut on the way!

Paperwork was submitted recently by Dapper Development proposing a new development in Centennial Hills. The plot of land the company proposes to develop is on the northwest corner of North Durango Drive and West Centennial Parkway. Along with locally-developed chain SkinnyFats, Cheba Hut is among brands mentioned in the submitted paperwork as tenants seeking entitlements to open in the development.

According to the submitted paperwork, the Cheba Hut location would occupy 2,450 square feet, plus a 975 square-foot patio, and would be seeking a full liquor license.

The representative of Elevated Inc. was not immediately available to comment on word of a planned Centennial Hills location. Stay tuned for more updates as this story develops.
