Harrah’s Las Vegas will soon open a new location of celebrity chef Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burgers restaurant, according to permit applications recently filed by the resort.

The burger chain offers six different burger options, including the famous “crunchified” variety, with potato chips under the bun.

The Bobby’s Burgers menu also includes a fried chicken sandwich, onion rings, bacon-and-cheese fries, which can be completed with a milkshake. A veggie burger will also leave plant-based diners satisfied.

In recent coverage of this news, Eater Las Vegas suggested that the price of the buildout as estimated in the filed permits, about $413,000, matches estimates provided to franchisers interested in opening a project in a space of about 1,200 sq. ft., which is the size of the Bobby’s Burgers’ original location at Caesars Palace.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach Chef Bobby Flay for comment.

In addition to the upcoming Bobby’s Burgers, Harrah’s Las Vegas is home to Fulton Food Hall, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and Oyster Bar.
