Chef Kenny’s Vegan Dim Sum is now serving plant-based dim sum and sushi dishes from local legend Kenny Chye.
Chye is known in Vegas for his vegan Chinese cuisine, with restaurants like Veggie House and Vegeway, the first vegan drive-thru restaurant in the city.
The Chef Kenny’s Vegan Dim Sum menu includes choices recognizable from the chef’s other forays—vegan sushi, nigiri, and noodles—with a new addition of dim sum options like Peanut Vegan Pork Dumplings, Vegan Siu Mai, and Pan Fried Chive cake.
The dishes are inexpensive, with appetizers priced around $5, salads around $7, and Chef Kenny’s Specialty entrées around $15.
The location opened last month at 5570 W. Flamingo Road, after renovating the space previously occupied by Liang’s Kitchen, across the street from Villas at Flamingo Apartments.
