Chevys Fresh Mex flagship restaurant is coming this summer to Las Vegas Boulevard. Xperience Restaurant Group, XRG, announced today in a press release the 13,000-square-foot restaurant will be its largest Chevys location with seating for more than 400 guests.
The new location marks the return of the Chevys brand to Nevada. The space will feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Las Vegas Strip, T-Mobile Arena, and Park MGM.
Founded in California in 1986, Chevys has continued to offer traditional Mexican dishes with California-inspired, Mesquite-fired flavors made-from-scratch every day.
Chevys Famous Frozen Margarita Wall with a broad range of flavors that can be taken to-go, as well as a Piñata Private Party Space featuring Olé, the brand’s playful piñata mascot will be featured at the new location.
Guests can watch televisions throughout the restaurant and bar area, which will include playful tilework, mismatched rustic chairs, and vibrantly colored walls.

With the addition of the Las Vegas flagship restaurant at 3767 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Chevys will have 23 locations across the country.
