The Boulevard Mall is about to welcome another new brand onto its eclectic roster of food and drink locations. This time, the new concept is Chi-Town Grill, a restaurant offering Chicago-style fare.
What Now confirmed the news on Thursday with owner Matthew Wolberd. Wolberd said the restaurant would serve Chicago classics like hot dogs, Chicago beefs, pizza puffs, and more.
Wolberd is building a collection of fun, tasty, and largely snack-focused brands at Boulevard Mall. He’s the entrepreneur behind popcorn brand Pop-A-Licious—with its adventurous popcorn flavors like Puppy Chow, Strawberries and Cream, White Chocolate Churro, and more—and Fudgetopia, with fudge varieties like Coconut Crème, Rocky Road, and Fluffernutter.
Located at 3528 S Maryland Pkwy, the Boulevard Mall occupies a 75-acre plot of land, with a 1,180,000 sq. ft. of leasable space. It is home to a number of dining locations, including Primal Steakhouse, Viva Café, and P-Dub’s BBQ.
Keep an eye out for more fun flavors from a growing family of brands at Boulevard Mall—this time on the savory side. Chi-Town Grill is expecting a Winter 2022 opening.
